Holiday Remembrance Service – This service is open to the public and held just before Christmas. We always have a wonderful guest speaker. All holidays, especially Christmas, is generally a difficult time in coping with the death of a loved one. Our Remembrance Service is one that uplifts, memorializes, and recognizes those we love.

Memorial Day Memorial Service – This service, also open to the public, is held on Memorial Day at Southlawn Cemetery’s Veteran Section. Each person receives a flag and carnation. The service begins at 10:00 A. M. Veterans, who have passed away and are buried at Southlawn, are mentioned, along with any name given to the office staff prior to the service.

Infant Services – Infant deaths are a tragedy that never comes with too many answers. We have always provided these funeral services, burial or cremation, free of charge. This includes the cost of the casket or cremation process. We, at Palmer’s, feel it is our duty as funeral directors to help these young families in their time of need.
