Alice “Mom” was a warm and wonderful Mom. She was dedicated to the care of her family and worked many long hours to make sure they didn't lack anything essential. She adored her grandchildren and loved to hold them in her arms and “smooch” them. Her family has many memories to cherish and know she will be there at the gate in heaven to welcome us all home.
Alice was a great cook and everyone enjoyed her food. She was a part of the Women’s Fellowship at Blissville Church of the Brethren, and enjoyed piecing quilts with her church friends each week and making noodles for the yearly church fundraisers.
A funeral service for Alice will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Palmer Community Complex, 601 N. Michigan St., Lakeville, IN 46536. Pastor Brandon Schadek will officiate.
