Amado E. F. Sterry

Amado E.F. Sterry, 24 years old, residing in Mishawaka, passed away Friday afternoon, January 23, 2015 at his home.  Amado was born on September 11, 1990 in South Bend and has been a lifelong resident.  On March 30, 2013 in South Bend, he was united in marriage to Kasandra “Kasi” Horvath.  Amado has worked for United Parcel Service for the past seven years.

Amado is survived by his wife, Kasi, and their two daughters, Olivia and Alyxandria Sterry; mother-in-law, Melissa Horvath of Mishawaka; father-in-law, Jeffrey (Denise) Horvath of Mishawaka; grandmother, Susan Horvath of South Bend; sister, Holly Sterry of Edwardsburg, MI; and two brothers, Aaron Sterry of South Bend and Eric Sterry of Mishawaka.  Amado was preceded in death by his daughter, Ellianna Sterry. 

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend.  Private burial will be held at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.  Friends may visit with the family two hours prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
