Cheryl A. Caldwell

Cheryl A. Caldwell, 60, of South Bend, IN passed away at 12:41 p.m. Monday, November 30, 2015 at Memorial Hospital.  She was born on January 8, 1955 in South Bend, IN to James and Annette (Griffith) Caldwell. 

Cheryl is survived by her parents, James and Annette Caldwell of South Bend, IN; sister, Diane (Dan) Merrill of Bremen, IN; brother, Randy Caldwell of South Bend, IN; special friend, Brenda Kulp of South Bend, IN and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Blast.

Cheryl was a lifelong resident.  She earned her BA in psychology at IUSB and her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at IIT in Chicago, IL.   She was a Behavioral Clinician level III at the South Bend Juvenile Facility.  She was a registered member of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe.

Visitation will be held afrom 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN.  There will be no services.
