Christina Lynn Cowgill, age 50, of South Bend, IN passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at 1:30 AM at her home with her loving husband Bruce by her side. Christina was a nurse LPN at the county jail for 10 years.
Christina was born September 18, 1966 in South Bend to Marion and Linda (Dawson) Zukowski. She was married to her husband Bruce Cowgill on July 22, 2011 in Mishawaka, IN. Christina is survived by her husband Bruce, son Michael Cook of South Bend, father Marion Zukowski of South Bend, granddaughter Sloan Cook, and brothers John Zukowski Sr. of South Bend and Eric (Deanna) Zukowski of South Bend. Christina is preceded in death by her mother Linda Zukowski.
A celebration of Christina’s life will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Palmer Funeral Home River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN 46615.
