Dorotha "Dorothy" J. (Fisher) Williams

Dorotha “Dorothy” J. Williams, 83, lifelong Mishawaka resident, passed away at 10:35 pm Friday, August 19, 2016 in Golden Living Center, Mishawaka. She was born September 6, 1932 in Mishawaka to the late Richard and Linda (Brubaker) Fisher.
  In 1952 in Mishawaka, Dorothy married Carl Williams, who preceded her in death in 1999. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Burnett; two brothers and three sisters. Dorothy is survived by two daughters, Pamela J. Scott and Janice Foster, both of Mishawaka; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
  Dorothy was a longtime member of Greater Faith Fellowship Pentecostal Church in Mishawaka. She enjoyed spending her time in the kitchen baking all kinds of treats for her family. Dorothy also liked to crochet, listen to gospel music and watch the animals play in the woods behind her home.
  Memorial services for Dorothy will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, August 22nd, in the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to services on Monday, August 22nd in the funeral home.
  In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Dorothy may be made to her family c/o Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend.
