Fletcher Clay Surratt

Fletcher Clay Surratt, age 71, of South Bend, IN passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at his home. Fletcher retired from Dodge Manufacturing. He was an avid walker who loved to play cards.

Fletcher was born October 24, 1945 in Bell City, MO to Henry Clay and Mary Ella (Johnson) Surratt. He is survived by sister Addie Kennedy of Grand Rapids, MI, sister Barbara Surratt of South Bend, and brother Reginald Surratt of South Bend, uncle Firdia Johnson, special friend Vicky Campbell, and many nieces, nephews, cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Mary, brother Larry, sisters Althama and Louella.

Graveside services for Fletcher will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11.00 a.m at Southlawn Cemetery. Palmer Funeral Home River Park is assisting the family. Condolences for the Surratt family may be given at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
