Frances Sauers

Frances Irene Sauers, age 83, of South Bend, IN passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Morningside Nursing Home in South Bend. Frances was born on August 5, 1934 to the late Henry and Etha Dunning in Heren, Illinois. She lived most of her life in South Bend and was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Frances is survived by daughters, Bonnie (Dan) Powell of South Bend, Cindy Gallippo of South Bend, and Merrilee Sauers of Missouri; sons Ray Carl “Joe” Sauers of South Bend,  Michael D. Bowen of Mishawaka, and Steve Bowen of Davenport, IA; as well numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.

The Sauers family would like to give a big Thank You to Heart to Heart Hospice as well as to the staff of Morningside for the wonderful care they gave to Frances.
