Francisco Tirado

Francisco L. Tirado, 84 years old, passed away at 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Golden Living Center, Elkhart, IN.  Mr. Tirado was born on December 22, 1933 in La Moncada, Guanajuato, Mexico to the late Eugenio and Catalina (Lara) Tirado.  On November 16, 1957 in Guanajuato, Mexico, Francisco and Maria Aurora Serrano were united in marriage.  Maria preceded him in death on December 24, 2012.

Francisco is survived by three daughters, Carmen (Jose Luis) Rodriguez of Elkhart, Maria (Samuel) Cabrera of Elkhart and Cristina (Jose A.) Moncada of Dallas, TX; six sons, Luis A. (Maria Teresa) Tirado of Elkhart, Jose G. (Enedina) Tirado of Elkhart, Mariano Tirado of Elkhart, Roberto (Joyce) Tirado of Elkhart, Fernando Tirado of Dallas, TX and Jose F. (Irma) Tirado of Elgin, IL; seventeen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and one brother, Jose Tirado of Guanajuato, Mexico.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 1108 S. Main Street, Elkhart.   Friends may visit with the family from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday at the church.  Burial will take place in San Jose Cemetery in Guanajuato, Mexico.  Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting the family.
