George V. Shupe

George V. Shupe, age 71, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018. George was born in South Bend on March 14, 1945 to George C. and Elizabeth (Varga) Shupe. George retired from Channel 28 – Elkhart as an audio technician, after several years of service.   He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

George is survived by his sister, Jean Ann Hall of Carmel, IN; and his nephews Christopher Hall of Los Angles and Ryan Hall of Carmel. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4508 Vistula Road, Mishawaka, IN 46544. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park is assisting the family with arrangements.
