Guadalupe Ruvalcaba

Guadalupe Ruvalcaba, 86, of South Bend, IN passed away at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, IN.  She was born on April 21, 1929 in Mexico, the daughter of Maria Ruvalcaba.  She lived in South Bend for the last twenty-nine years coming from Mexico.

Guadalupe is survived by her children, Ofelia, Rafael, Olivia, Ismael, Margarita, and Teresa; twenty-five grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Two sisters preceded her in death.

Guadalupe was a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, South Bend.  She was a great example dedicating a lot of time with her family and enjoyed cooking for them.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, 26807 U.S. 20, South Bend, IN.   Elder Rigoberto Tapia will officiate.  Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.  Private burial will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at a later date.  Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting the family.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com
