SOUTH BEND – Harold R. Olivier, 79 of South Bend, IN passed away at 9:24 AM Monday, February 8, 2016 in Mishawaka, IN.  Harold worked for Wheelhorse Chandler Sales and Service for 14 years; then owned and operated H & J. Repairs, retiring in 1987.  He was born on July 5, 1936, in Jackson, MI to the late Valcour and Irene (Konopinski) Olivier. 

He married Dolores M. Nichols on April 27, 1957.  Then on October 25, 1963, he married Joyce C. Stoner Olivier, who preceded him in death on August 18, 2010. 

Harold is survived by his son, Dale (Michelle) Olivier of Niles; daughter, Lori Sue Sanders of Mishawaka; five grandchildren, Dale Olivier, Jr., Bridgette (Jordan) Dosmann, John Olivier, Erik (Felisha) Sanders and Kice Sanders; three great grandchildren, Haley, Hunter and Madelyn; and friend, Dolores M. Ward of Mishawaka.  A brother, Laurence Olivier preceded Harold in death.

A celebration of Harold’s life will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, February 15, 2016 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, where friends may visit from 1:00 PM until time of services on Monday.
