Jack Ford Obituary

Jack C. Ford, 63, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 5:58 AM on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Golden Living Center, Mishawaka. He was self-employed and recently worked at a building supply company. Jack was born on September 21, 1955 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Robert C. Ford and Leona (Shaw) Ford and remained a lifelong resident.

Jack is survived by his wife, Roxanne Ford; son, Eric Ford; two grandchildren, Christopher and Anissa; sisters, Betty (Allen) Colley, Irene Ballentine, Debbie (Robert) Deeds, Laverne Stafford, and Priscilla Sloan; and brothers, Henry (Debbie) Ford, Joe (Sharon) Ford, David (Mary) Ford, James Ford and Bill Ford. Jack was preceded in death by sisters, Emma Jean Hoesy and Fay Jones; and brothers, Tom Ford, Eddie Ford, and Robert Ford.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 27th at Bremen Cemetery, Bremen, IN. Neil Stafford will officiate. Palmer Funeral Home – River Park Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
