Leo was a kind and gentle soul. He loved God deeply and he was devoted to living a life that was consistent with the Catholic Church's values. Leo taught us many lessons about kindness, compassion, and generosity, especially to those who were less fortunate than himself. He was a charming, easygoing friend, beloved husband, loving father, dearest grandfather and great grandfather with a unique personality that enabled him to find common ground with almost anyone. Leo was a master ballroom dancer, he loved to travel, he spoke several languages, and he was fortunate to have traveled throughout the world.
