Mathew Scott Bouskill

Mathew S. Bouskill, 33, passed away at 2:47pm on Monday, April 10, 2017, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born on April 17, 1983 in South Bend, to Leif Andrew Bouskill and Alice H. McClish.

In addition to his parents, Mathew is survived by his son, Mathew Bouskill, Jr., and his daughter, Caidence Bouskill, both who reside at home with their mother, Courtney Van Winkle of South Bend; three brothers, Doug (Crystal) Bouskill of Edwardsburg, MI; Travis (Erica) Bouskill of South Bend; Jared Bouskill of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; step-mother, Belinda Espino; and many nieces and nephews.

Mathew was a foreman at Stark Tank Corrosion Control. Mathew was a great father, full of love for his family and friends. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone to help them. Mathew was a jack of all trades. He always had a huge smile on his face which was contagious to those around him.

Funeral services for Mathew will be held at 7:00pm Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Palmer Funeral Homes—Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN 46635. The family will receive friends from 2:00-7:00pm on Thursday in the funeral home prior to services.

Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mathew may be donated to the family c/o Palmer Funeral Homes to defray funeral expenses and contribute to a trust fund for his children.
