To the family of Mike Carroll:
As a new beginning teacher in the Washington High School Business Department, I taught Mike in a class or two. I remember him as always having a smile, extremely polite, and willing to learn and question me for clarity..
I found it an honor to teach such students. And, I must confess as a new teacher, I learned as much from those students and that which I taught them.
In all these years I found it fulfilling to now read that his life was seemingly not only full of love for his family but also successful as an adult. In this difficult time, may you know that he is remembered and will be missed.
Rest in Peace, Mike,
Dennis D. Leatherman
Retired Business Teacher from Washington and John Adams High School Business Departments

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing, heaven will be so much more fun with him there. I worked with him forever at Sears, he was my partner in crime, and my buddy. We looked out for each other, Mike was like the brother I never had . He sure loved golf this is true, but he talked about his family the most

Take comfort in knowing that now you have another Special Guardian Angel to watch over you.
