Mildred "Susie" Outlaw

Mildred "Susie" Outlaw, 64, of South Bend, IN passed away at 9:55 am. Monday, August 3, 2015 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, IN.  She was born on June 11, 1951 in South Bend, IN to late Walter and Rosalee (Barnes) Outlaw and remained a lifelong resident.

Ms. Outlaw is survived by three daughters, Felicia R. Outlaw of South Bend, IN, Stacy D. Outlaw of South Bend, IN and Nicole L. (Robert) Beach of Aurora, IL; five grandchildren, Jasmine, Jalen, Jordan, Sierra and Landon; one great grandson, Justin Rambus; four sisters, Yvonne (DuWayne) Hoffman of South Bend, IN, Katherine (Randolph) Byrd-McKenzie of Indianapolis, IN, Marcella Outlaw-Alston of South Bend, IN and Sandra Outlaw of Lorain, OH; two brothers, Rev. Joseph L. (Julia Marie) Gause of Elyria, OH and Melvin Outlaw of South Bend, IN.  She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her son, Johnnie Williams, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN.   Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, South Bend.  Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.  Repass will follow at the Elks Lodge #298, 1001 West Western Avenue, South Bend, IN.
