Myron T. Jones, 62, residing in South Bend, passed away peacefully at 9:00 am Tuesday, May 24, 2016 in his home. He was born August 1, 1953 in South Bend to the late Thomas and Ardean (Beary) Jones and remained a lifelong area resident.
Myron is survived by five sisters, Tarrell Williams, Earline Taylor, Gwendolyn, Thelia and Karen Odom, all of South Bend; three brothers, Noel, Glen and Kent Odom, all of South Bend; and a host of nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas, Arthur and Vaughn Jones.
Memorial services for Myron will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, June 3, 2016 in the Palmer Funeral Home - West Chapel, 2702 Lincolnway West, South Bend. Pastor Archie Shurn will officiate. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services Friday in the funeral home.
