SOUTH BEND – Paul H. Fredericks, 83, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015 at his home.

Paul was born on August 15, 1932 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Herman Fredericks and Margaret (Urban) Fredericks Galos and has lived in this area most of his life.  He was formerly married to Jane (Pacala) Fredericks, who has preceded him in death.

Paul proudly served our country in the United States Army.  Following his years in the military, Paul worked many places, most recently as a security officer.

He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Nelson of South Bend, and his grandson, Timothy.
