Robert A. Kobza, 64, residing in Plymouth, passed away Thursday morning, June 18, 2015 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. He was born October 11, 1950 in Hackensack, NJ to the late Robert and Marie (Mraz) Kobza.
Robert served his country honorably in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was an electrician and moved to the Plymouth area 15 years ago from Lake George, NY.
Robert is survived by his son, Graham (Heather McLaughlin) Kobza of Vail, AZ; and his daughter, Gail Kobza of Clinton, NJ. He is also survived by siblings, Glenn (Darrell) Kobza of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jeff (Amy) Kobza of Apalachin, NY, Jon (Donna) Kobza of Wharton, NJ and Stephanie (Mark) Yin of Budd Lake, NJ; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Robert will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, June 20, 2015 in the Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN, where friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to services.
