Thomas L. Fritter

Thomas L. Fritter, 73 years old, passed away at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Hospice House in South Bend.  Thomas was born on February 15, 1944 in South Bend to the late Freddie Wayne and Florence (Pugh) Fritter.  He has been a lifelong area resident.  Thomas has been a truck driver most of his life, mainly for Dayton Freight. 

Thomas is survived by his four children, Shana (Darren) Sauer of LaPaz, IN, Tammie Milbourne of Billings, MT, Jacquee Zehner of Rochester, IN, and Thomas S.W.K. Fritter of South Bend; his companion, Diana Sue Fritter of Argos; seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and two sisters, Betty (Gail) Kaser of Plymouth, IN and Barbara Cook of Plymouth, IN.  Three brothers preceded Thomas in death, Jack, Freddie W., Jr., and Harold Lee Fritter. 

Per Thomas’s request, there will be no services or visitation.  Palmer Funeral Home-Lakeville Chapel  and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Thomas L. Fritter may be donated to Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN  46545.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
