Thomas K. Krebs

Thomas K. Krebs, 57, of South Bend, IN passed away at 4:26 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family.  He was born on March 2, 1960 in South Bend, IN to Thomas H. and Caroline (Brown) Krebs.

Thomas is survived by his son, Dylan Krebs of South Bend, IN; grandson, Felix Krebs; mother, Caroline Krebs of South Bend, IN; two sisters, Carol Suchomel of Marietta, GA and Darlene Carmin of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristi Krebs and his father, Thomas H. Krebs.

Thomas was a lifelong area resident.  He was a 1978 graduate of Washington High School and attended the former Calvary Temple. Thomas was a member of the American Legion Post #357 and an avid football and NASCAR fan.  He worked at Bendix Corporation for seven years and then was employed in construction through the union working for various companies.  He was a loving son and father.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 at the Palmer Funeral Home, 201 N. Main Street, North Liberty, IN.  Pastor Lindell Krebs will officiate.  Graveside services and burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, North Liberty.  Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services.
