Tierney Ann Wucsina-Riley died Monday, April 25, 2016 of natural causes. She was born August 27, 1957 in South Bend, IN to Steven A. Wucsina and Rose F. (Kiraly) Wucsina Goddard, both deceased. She was also the stepdaughter of Robert L. Goddard, also deceased.
In 1970, she and her family moved to Donnell Lake in Vandalia, Michigan where she graduated from Cassopolis High School in 1976 and in 1977 from Vogue Beauty College, Mishawaka. In 1979, she moved back to the South Bend-Mishawaka area. On April 24, 2010, Tierney married Randy J. Riley, who preceded her in death on October 7, 2014.
She was a hair designer and a bartender, and also managed a jewelry store. Tierney was the office manager for the Humane Society of St. Joseph County until she became ill.
Tierney is survived by her many, many friends. Her dearly loved “pet children” preceded her in death – Gretchen Louise, Rosco Edward, Kailie Ann, Ginger Bear and Tabor Hill.
