Timothy A. Jacks

Timothy A. Jacks, 60, residing in South Bend, passed away at 1:11pm on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at his residence. He was born on July 3, 1956 in Michigan City, IN, to the late Thomas M. and Inez D. (Staver) Jacks.

On January 19, 1980 in South Bend, Timothy married Pamela Douglas, who survives. Timothy is also survived by daughter Sheila Lyn Jacks of South Bend; sisters, Nancy Reyna of Hammond, IN; Carole (Jim) Jones of Nappanee, IN; Julie (Amos) White of Iron Mountain, MI; Mary Blanton of Valparaiso, IN; Cathy Jacks of Missouri; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Timothy was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas Jacks, Michael Jacks, and Frank Jacks.

Timothy was employed as a precision machinist at Bertrand Products in South Bend. Timothy enjoyed the mechanics of Harley Davidson motorcycles as well as playing with his dogs.

Memorial services for Timothy will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Palmer Funeral Home—West Chapel, 2702 Lincolnway West, South Bend, IN 46628. Mr. Jim Jones of First Church of God in Nappanee, IN, will officiate. Graveside service and inurnment will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Southlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00pm on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
