William E. Roush

William E. Roush, 63 years old, passed away at 2:28 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at his home in Walkerton. Bill was born on May 31, 1954 in South Bend to the late Richard D. and Ruth L. (Hittle) Roush. He has remained a lifelong resident of the area.

Bill is survived by his sister, Nancy (Bob) Beghtel of Walkerton; brother, David (Judy) Roush of Bremen; and his good friend, Jane Norton of South Haven, MI. One brother, Richard K. Roush, preceded him in death. 

Bill was a graduate from Indiana University South Bend. He formerly worked at Preston Trucking Co. and most recently retired from farm work.

A gathering for friends and family will be held from 5:30–7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in the basement of First United Methodist Church, 333 N. Main Street, South Bend (use south rear entrance off Lafayette St.). Palmer Funeral Home—North Liberty is assisting the family.
