Bob "Doc" Devereaux Obituary

Bob Devereaux, aged 76 and affectionately known as "Doc" by his loved ones, passed away peacefully in his home in Mishawaka, IN on February 25, 2021. He was a Corpsman in the 1st Battalion 11th Marines in Vietnam

Bob was born February 23, 1945 to George & Earlleah Devereaux in Grand Rapids, MI. He had a career as a respiratory therapist and was a jack of all trades. Hunting, fishing, golf and following sports were his most beloved hobbies. He had a talent for walking into a room not knowing a single person and walking out with at least one new friend. He could make anyone smile with a joke or uplifting conversation.

Bob is survived by his sons; Jason, Andrew (Lauren), and Chris; One granddaughter, Joei; and one brother Jim (Sandy). He was preceded in death by his parents and youngest brother, Tom. He has ascended into peaceful eternity to be with his family where he waits to be reunited with his surviving loved ones.

A living celebration for Bob will occur at a later date.
