South Bend- Charles Tao Baer, 22, of South Bend, passed away on Friday July 1, 2022 in South Bend.

Charles was born on October 9, 1999 in Ogden, Utah to Stephanie (Baer) Best and Shawn Galloway. He grew up in Camden, Tennessee before moving to South Bend.

Charles has one son; Roman Baer-Muhammad and two adopted daughters; Kieona and Genevieve Muhammad.

Charles is survived by his parents; one son, one sister; Rainie Best of South Bend; as well as one brother, Damien Jennings.

No services will be held at this time.

Memorial Contributions to assist the family with funeral expenses can be made in Charles' name to the funeral home.
