Darlys was the cherished wife of Maurice Ugland for 60 wonderful years. Together, they raised a beautiful family, creating a lifetime of memories filled with love and laughter. Darlys is survived by her devoted husband, Maurice, and their children: Laurie (Keith) Schlachter, Julie (Brian) Kaminski, Janell (Tom) Horn, Lynette (Curt) Bard, Jason (Tina) Ugland, and Joe (Tricia) Ugland. She was a proud grandmother to 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones.

A woman of deep faith, Darlys was a dedicated member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City West, Arizona, and St. Pius X Catholic Church in Granger, Indiana. She found solace and strength in her spiritual life, which guided her through both the joys and challenges of her journey. Darlys's unwavering faith was an inspiration to her family and friends, and her gentle spirit will forever be remembered in the hearts of those who knew her.

Throughout her life, Darlys was passionate about cooking, baking, needlepoint, camping, and traveling. Her culinary skills brought her family together around the dinner table, where they shared stories, laughter, and love. Her needlepoint creations were treasured gifts, each stitch a testament to her patience and dedication. Darlys's love of camping and traveling took her on many adventures, making memories with her family that will be cherished for generations to come.

Darlys's legacy is one of love, kindness, and compassion. She was a gentle soul who always put the needs of others before her own, and her thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. Darlys's memory will live on through the countless lives she touched, as her family and friends carry on her values of love and generosity.
