Marvin Larrew Obituary

Marvin “Junior” Larrew, 84, of Walkerton passed away on Wednesday April 24, 2024 at his home after a long medical battle.

Marvin was born on September 23, 1939 in Warsaw to the late Marvin and Alice (Millington) Larrew. 

Marvin met and married Patricia Lindsley on September 16, 1958 in Buchanan, Michigan.  Marvin worked for Bendix Corp in the maintenance department.

Marvin loved to be outdoors.  He like to hunt and fish and farm.

Marvin is survived by his wife of 65 years, Patricia Larrew, his children; Candy Larrew of South Bend and Stanley (Melissa) Larrew of New Carlisle, 10 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, and his children; Geraldine Veirs and Marvin R. Larrew.

Visitation for Marvin will be held from 10am-12pm on Wednesday May 1, 2024 at the Palmer Funeral Home-North Liberty Chapel, 202 N. Main St. North Liberty.  A funeral service will begin at 12pm with burial to follow at Westlawn Cemetery in North Liberty.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Marvin’s name to the Center for Hospice, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
