Ayzen Phoenix Schomer passed away at Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, September 4th 2018. He is survived by his parents, Anna M. Seibert and Austin D. Schomer, both of South Bend; as well as grandparents Shirone Fonseca and Heidi Fonseca of St Joseph, Michigan and Michael Seibert of Michigan City, Indiana and Debbie Parsons of Rolling Prairie, Indiana.
