Bryan J. Stone

Bryan J. Stone, 39, of South Bend IN was released from his battle with cancer at 2:54 pm. on Sunday, Sept 10, 2017 in his home.  He was born on February 18, 1978 in Amarillo, TX to Michael Sr. and Rose (Loflin) Stone. On October 30, 2005 in Amarillo, TX he married his high school sweet heart Mychelle Larson.

Bryan is survived by his wife, Mychelle Stone; two sons, Takoda Stone and Braxten Stone and brother, Michael Stone Jr. all of South Bend, IN. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Rose Stone-Harley and Michael Stone Sr.

Bryan moved from Amarillo in 2005 to pursue his career as a general manager with Discount Tire Co.  He combined his passion for sports and youth by coaching soccer for Amarillo Soccer Association, Michiana Echo Soccer Club and Grissom Middle School Wrestling.  He was an avid sports fan, especially the Dallas Cowboys. He loved to hang out with his Discount Tire brothers and enjoyed shooting and hunting with friends.  Bryan was a part of the Epic Church family and loved Jesus and inspired many young athletes with his testimony. He loved his family unendingly and beamed with pride for his sons.

A Celebration of life gathering will be held at 6:00 pm. Thursday, Sept 14, 2017 at Epic Church, 3524 Harrison Road, Mishawaka, IN 46544. At his request no suits are to be worn at the services, preferably Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers or San Jose Sharks jerseys but any sports attire will be appropriate. Friends may visit the family Thursday one-hour prior to the services.  A reception and celebration will follow the service at the family’s home. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting the family with arrangements.
