SOUTH BEND – Charles W. Robinson, 70, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Trailpoint Village Nursing Home, South Bend.

Charles was born on June 17, 1949 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Lawrence and Evelyn Robinson, and has lived in the area for the past ten years, coming from Hammond.

Charles is survived by his son, Rustie W. Robinson of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Dakota and Madison; his sister, Angie Irene Nieves of Monticello, Indiana and his brother, Fred Boswinkle. He is preceded in death by three sisters, Carol Shidler, Susie Moore and Cecilia Davis.

There are no services planned. Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 2122 W. Taylor Street #104, Chicago, IL 60612 or to Palmer Funeral Home River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN 46615 to assist with funeral expenses.
