Curtis Anthony Frazier, Jr., 16, left this world unexpectedly on the evening of Friday, September 6, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Curtis was born on December 7, 2002 in South Bend, IN to Audra McDonald and Curtis Anthony Frazier, Sr.

Curtis was an outgoing, loving young man who attended Riley High School and was enrolled in his Junior year. Curtis was involved in football, baseball, wrestling and worked as a cashier at Martins Supermarket. He was greatly loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Curtis was preceded in death by nephew Arsenio Rashad Smith, Jr.; paternal grandmother Assie L. Frazier; paternal grandfather Sammie Lee Frazier, Sr.; maternal great-grandmother Christine Howard; maternal great-grandfather Bearlie Howard; cousins Brian Howard and Alvin Carter, Sr; maternal grandfather Herbert McDonald.

Curtis Frazier Jr. leaves behind his mother, Audra McDonald; father Curtis Frazier, Sr.; sisters Ebony Renee Smith (Arsenio Smith, Jr.) and Curtrice Essence Frazier; god sister Asia Johnson; brother Kenyen Lee Anthony Frazier; god brothers Adriel Macedo and Gabriel Witherspoon; nephew Arvion Smith; maternal grandmother Willa Mae Howard; as well as a host of aunts and uncles. Curtis’s maternal aunts and uncles include: Lubita Smith, Cindy (Richard) Howard, Christina (Tony) Williams, Andy Howard, Bruce Howard, Sr. and Bernetta McDonald, Sylvia Carrillo, Terralyn Prince. Curtis’s paternal aunts and uncles include: Deborah Kay Spencer, Carlette Frazier, Sammie Lee Frazier, Jr., Teresa Frazier, Alphonzo Frazier, Perry Frazier, Thomas Frazier; Joe Melvin Frazier; Michael Darnell Frazier, Natasha Michelle Frazier; as well as a host of cousins on both sides: Brandon Howard, Brad Howard, Orlando Frazier, Martell Cannady, Martina Cannady, Treasure Jones, Special Jones, Unique Major, Letitia Patterson, Crystal McKinney, Aset McKinney, Bruce Howard, Jr., Terell Howard, Brad Howard, Bobby Frazier, Vonzell Smith, Fallon Love, Adrian Love, Adrian Frazier, Domonique Wilson, Griffin Sosola, Zalani Sosola, Greyson Sosola, Travis Logan, Tavion Logan, Latavia Logan, Majorique Perry, Marquita Perry, Shawn Edwards, Sierra and Ramon Broadway, Kierra Frazier, Jessica Frazier, Samantha Frazier, Briar Frazier, Sammie Lee III, Joe Frazier, Udasha Frazier, Joleisha Frazier, Josiah Fraizer, Brieannua Toney, Terin Hinton, Jasmine Hinton, Steven & Mincy Howard, Barbara, Angela, Jerry & Casey Blackmon, Little Alvin Carter, Anaya Carter, Tony Howard, Adrienne Griffin Sosola, Bobby Frazier; as well as a host of extended family member and friends.

Services for Curtis will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Berean Seventh Day Adventist Church, 601 West Colfax Street, South Bend, IN 46601. Friends may call on the family from 2:00 till the beginning of service at the church. Pastor Albert Frazier to officiate. Palmer Funeral Homes – West Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
