Mr. Petty and Boys:
I was sorry to read that your wife and mother, Mrs. Petty, yes still Mrs. Petty after all these years, passed.
We still appreciate how good a friend and traveling companion she was to my mom.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the entire family.

Ken and all the Petty family:
We were saddened to hear of Eleanor's death. We get the Grace email prayer chain from Lois Butler. Ken, you and your whole family are remembered well when I was your pastor at Grace, 1992-96. Ken, you and Eleanor were very kind to us on many occasions. Good memories. Our prayers are with you during this time of grief.
We are presently in Seattle with daughters and granddaughters for the Christmas Season.

With a heavy heart, my thoughts are with all of you. Fifty-five years ago I met Eleanor when we moved in at Chamberlin Drive. Since we were both R.N.'s, we had something in common immediately.
So many memories...like all the New Years Eves, the trips to Amish country in Ohio while Ken was fishing, playing Bridge, Eleanor bailing me out when Penny had the 3 month colic and cried all night, watching our kids grow up
(and we were so proud of them). So many memories.
