Faith Sorgenfrei Obituary

Mrs. Faith G. Sorgenfrei, 83, passed away peacefully at Hospice House in South Bend on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Faith was born in North Liberty, IN on February 22, 1935 to the late Charles and Esther Harman.

On July 3, 1953, Faith married Robert Sorgenfrei, who preceded her in death in 2007. Faith and Robert were the proud parents of two children, Kathleen and Mark. Faith was a homemaker and made her job as a mother her first priority in life.

Faith is survived by her children, Kathleen Tylavsky of South Bend and Mark Sorgenfrei of South Bend; step grandson, Jimmy Tylavsky and step great-granddaughter, Brianna Tylavsky. Faith is also survived by two sisters, Avis Whiteleather and Wilma Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Anthony Tylavsky.

No services are currently scheduled. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held by the family at a later date. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
