Beloved mother Fallon A. Baker, 37, passed away on January 19, 2019 in South Bend, IN. She was born on November 26, 1981 in Chicago, IL to her loving parents, David Valentine and Christine Baker.
In 1986, Fallon and her family moved to Searcy, AR, where they stayed with her caring and loving grandmother, Ruby Johnson and her cousin, Gussy Johnson. After Fallon’s father passed at the age of 31, Fallon and her mother moved to South Bend, IN where she attended Madison Elementary School, Clay Middle School, Clay High School, and LaSalle High School.
Fallon worked as a Certified Nurse as well as several other jobs. She was a well-loved and devoted mother who accepted the Lord at an early age. Fallon was a happy, loving and caring member of Gethsemane Church Of God. She was truly loved by her fiancé, John Hudson, who was devoted to Fallon for many years and their two beautiful children, David Hudson (Poopy) and Janeice Hudson (Booba).
Fallon had a big family: six loving first cousins; Nivea Baker, Kirstie Baker, Paul Baker, William Baker, Lashanda Bell, and Kellan Thomas; two uncles, Paul Baker and Blain Baker; one auntie, Sherry Baker; and one brother, Mylan Kelley; including Ricardo Hudson, Elijah Hudson and Shawn Jones; mother in-law, Rosie Hudson. Fallon claimed many nieces and nephews.
Fallon is survived by her children, David Hudson (20) and Janeice Hudson (17); mother Christine Baker; brother Mylan Kelley; and fiancé John Hudson. She was always a strong, beautiful women. She will be missed by many, but never forgotten.
Services for Fallon Baker will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Palmer Funeral Home – West Chapel, 2702 Lincolnway West, South Bend IN 46628.
