Filogonio A. Nunez, 56, residing in Mishawaka, IN passed away at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.  Filo was born on March 31, 1956 in Garame de Arriba, Durango, Mexico.  In 2001 Filo married Sarah (Tingle) Nunez, who preceded him in death on December 11, 2007.

Filo is survived by two children and three stepchildren, Steven (Amy) Tingle, Christopher Paparis and Bradley (Michelle) Paparis; nine grandchildren, Katalina, Tayler, Kaitlynn, Trenten, Christian, Maximus, Tristyn, Jaylin and Braxton; and eight brothers and sisters, Macedono Nunuz, Beatriz, Carmen, Martha, Socorro, Maria, Ignacio and Matilde. One brother, Lauriano Nunez preceded him in death.  Filo was a beloved brother and uncle and will be missed by all that loved him.
