Jane Martelle (Forster) Green

Jane Martelle (Forster) Green, 94, of Apache Junction, Arizona and formerly of Niles, Michigan, passed away at the Center for Hospice Care – Roseland, Indiana, in the midst of the prayers of family and friends.

She was born August 9, 1925 in Gobles, Michigan, to the late Elmer and Ila (Woodruff) Forster.

Jane married Francis Warren Green August 30, 1942.

Jane is survived by her daughters; Jefri Pieta of Niles, Michigan and Kimberly (Paul) Chimienti of South Bend, Indiana, granddaughters; Marnie (Scott) Swanson of Niles, Michigan, Cassandra (Bradley) Thiel of Edwardsburg, Michigan, and great-grandchildren; Stephen Swanson, Joshua Thiel, Shelby Thiel, as well as numerous nieces and nephews from the United States and Australia.  She also leaves behind her beloved partner and RV traveling companion of twenty-two years; Gerard LeBlanc of Hafford, Saskatchewan and Apache Junction, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Duane Forster, son-in-law; Joseph Pieta, husband; Francis Green, and a sister; Betty Hunt.
