I am so very saddened to hear this news.
Jeff only served in Worcester, MA for a summer but lived in Northborough by my house . He spent much time in our home and we spent countless hours discussing life and The Bible.
I will always have very fond memories of Jeff and count him as probably the favorite intern that I ever had in New England.
I know that he blessed everybody around him and knowing that he taught at Notre Daem is such an honor for Jeff and for family and everyone around him
He was an outstanding young man!

I hadn't seen Jeffrey in so many years - but I was rocked to my core and disturbed to hear of his passing. I always remember him as just a goofy, funny kid. We grew up as second cousins but felt as close as firsts with all the things we shared due to the great friendship between our moms. One of my most cherished childhood memories is decorating the tree at our great grandparents house as tiny little kids along with my sister, Charlie, and later Sarah. The simple things all of us did together will always be special to me - even our trips to Wendy's and Pofolks! Such wonderful memories - I'm sending love to Pam and Peggy especially during this time that is more difficult than I can imagine.

Kelly, Asher, Artie & family,
Our deepest condolences with the loss of Jeff. I (David) worked with Jeff on Council at COTS and will always remember the rides back and forth in which he (with his inimitable mix of dry humor and deep insight) would sum up what had transpired. He was truly a gifted and gracious man, and we mourn with you from afar. Love & prayers,
David & Crystal

Kelly,

I and the North Main Street Mennonite Congregation send our sympathy and condolences to you, Asher and Artie. I was saddened to read Randy’s (from Samaritan Center) notice of Jeff’s death. The thought that almost immediately came to mind was “Too soon gone.”

We are grateful for the good work you have done for your clients out of our office space. You will be remembered during Pastoral Prayer on Sunday morning. May you have all the grace you need for whatever you encounter. Ruben Chupp

We were saddened to hear about Jeff's passing. Jeff was a former colleague of mine at Notre Dame's History department, a neighbor, and a friend. I will remember fondly the many times he and Asher would walk their dog in the neighborhood and stop to say hi. We send our love and thoughts to Kelly, Asher, Carter, his family and friends.

I was Jeff's sophomore English teacher. I can still remember what an outstanding young man he was. Jeff was smart, humorous, and so very kind. I know at the end of the year when he announced his family was moving out of town, I was a little disappointed not to be able to watch this young man finish his last two years at Butler But through his grandfather who worked with my husband, I did continue to hear occasionally about Jeff and I know he continued being the special person I knew him to be. I am so sorry for your loss, and will be praying for Jeff's family and friends.
