Mark Allen Wilmes

Mark Allen Wilmes, 56, passed away on October 31, 2018. Mark was born on December 31st,  in South Bend, Indiana to the late Philip and Barbara (Korpal) Wilmes.

Mark was a life-long resident of South Bend and Purdue University Alumni with a degree in Industrial Management. Mark successfully built his own business, Information Technology Systems, established in 1999, providing computer solutions for local businesses.

Mark loved the great lakes, beaches and growing tomatoes. He was a sweet gentle soul and a man of few words.

He is survived by his sister, Jeanne (Wilmes) Swords of Detroit, brother Andrew Wilmes of Indianapolis, 2 nieces Olivia Swords and Madelyn Wilmes and 2 nephews Aaron Swords and Mitchell Wilmes.  

A memorial service will be held in Mark's honor on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend IN 46614.
