Mylinda Brevard

Mylinda Brevard, age 63, of South Bend, IN, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017.  Mylinda graduated from Adams High School in 1972. Mylinda worked as a phone operator for ACCI. She was a joy to be around, and like her favorite color red, she was bold with a beautiful smile.

 She was born on March 7, 1954 to Walter and Mamie (Nelson) Brevard. Mylinda is survived by her daughter, Morgann Brevard of South Bend; son, Cameron (Terri) Brevard of South Bend; eight grandchildren, Debra Brevard, Rajuana Brevard, Waltter Brevard, Cameren Brevard, Xayen Brevard, Olivia Brevard, Onnaliese Brevard, and Caleigha Brevard; two great-grandchildren, Anniyah and Maddilyn; and sisters, Lana Brevard, Marlene Brevard, and Darlene Brevard; special aunt, Mary Griffin; special great-aunt, Francis Lee; close friend, Tracy Coates; and special friend, Kenny Alexander. 

Visitation for Mylinda will be held at Progressive Baptist Missionary Church, 1232 E. Bronson Street, South Bend, IN, on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 10:30-11:00am, with a memorial service to follow promptly at 11:00am. Pastor Barry C. Spencer will officiate.
