Pachanya Jermaine “PJ” Mankhwala, 30, passed away unexpectedly on July 7, 2019 in Elkhart, IN. PJ was born on April 20, 1989 in Buchanan, MI to Ephraim and Pandita (Makwakwa) Mankhwala.
PJ was a resident of Fishers, IN and was employed as a forklift operator for Noble Steel at his time of passing. He was a devoted father, beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
PJ is survived by his daughter, Liyah Nikole Mankhwala of Elkhart; sisters La Toya (Martin) Mwanza of Fishers, IN and Mungine Mankhwala of Malawi, Africa; brother Kipsangi Mankhwala of Pendelton, IN; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. PJ was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Vusani CY Mankhwala and Mwandisa Mwatipaso Mankhwala
Services for PJ will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 11:30 AM at Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church, 601 W Colfax Ave, South Bend, IN 46601. Friends may call on the family for visitation from 11:00 AM until services begin at the church. Pastor Earl Baldwin to officiate. Burial to follow at Rice Cemetery in Elkhart.
