Raymond James Kindler, Jr.

Raymond James Kindler Jr., 58, of Mishawaka, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 14, 2019 in his home.  Raymond was born October 12, 1960 in Canton, Ohio, to the late Raymond James and Betty (Teague) Kindler Sr.  He married Mary Beth Bryan on June 20, 1979 in Merrillville, Indiana; and she survives.

Raymond was working at Miles Truck Services in Niles, Michigan, where he was a diesel mechanic.  He was a volunteer fireman for the City of Lake Station.  He also was a fire inspector.

Surviving is his wife, Mary Beth Kindler of Mishawaka; his daughter, who he called Princess, Jennifer Michele Mueller of Mishawaka, his grandson, who he called his Prince, Tyler Alexander Mueller.  Also surviving are two special nephews, John Francis Bryan of Valparaiso, Jason Michael Bryan of Portage; as well as two sisters, Sharon Gray of Ohio and Deborah Kindler of Oregon.  Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; son, Raymond James Kindler III; and a sister, Juanita Kindler.

A Celebration of Life Service for Raymond will be at 5:00 PM Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Palmer Funeral Home – Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend.  Friends and family may visit from 4:00 PM until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
