Rebecca Ann Gosa

Becky was born to the marriage of Emery Wayne and Loretta Bemis. She was the youngest child in our family and such a sweet surprise to all of us. Becky's parents have gone home and I am sure her arrival was met with shouts of glee. Her mother had the coffee hot and her dad had the cards. Becky is no longer in pain and free of all earthly concerns.

 Becky has four children. Her daughter Sarah Ann Oliver (Chris Oliver) who blessed her with three grandchildren, Braydon Allan Bastock (son of life long family friend, Eric Bastock), Aelynn Reign Oliver and Emery Lotus Oliver. Becky's son Steven James Tidwell is the proud father of Konnor Emery James Tidwell and Kylie Lora Lynn Tidwell. Becky's daughter Stacy Cora Gosa (Mike Abbiehl) gave Becky two grandchildren, Anakin Wayne Abbiehl and Zara Ann Abbiehl. Becky was welcomed by her youngest son, Jimmy Allen Gosa (1996-2002). Jimmy was a gift from heaven for six great years, but lost his battle with cancer. Jimmy was a valiant warrior and we know he ran to meet his mother in heaven. Becky has a brother, Dale Bemis (Toni Bemis) and her sister and best friend, Deb Speybroeck. Her sister, Maxine Davis (Mike Davis) awaited her arrival at the gates of Heaven. Becky was a God girl and lived every day looking towards heaven that she would see the lord and her loved ones.

 Becky had a rich sense of humor and could make us laugh even when we didn't want to. Becky was surrounded by her family and friends when her spirit went home to heaven."She is small but she be Mighty!"

 We will be having a Memorial Graveside service at South Lawn in South Bend on Friday May 24th at 11 a.m. followed by a reception at the home of Steven Tidwell.
