Ronald Lee

Ronald Lee, age 61, of South Bend, IN passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, IN. Ronald was born November 29, 1955 in South Bend, IN to Clifton and Ruby Mae (Howard) Lee. On February 25, 1977 in South Bend, Ronald married Diane Cooks.  Ronald took pride in the offices he cleaned.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Ronald is survived by his lifelong loving companion, Diane Lee of South Bend; their three sons, Derron Lee, Lamar Lee and Ryan Lee, all of South Bend; his sisters, Cynthia Lee of Charlotte, NC, Patricia Lee (Desi) Newbill of Utah and Rubystine Lee (Angelo, Sr.) Newbill of Charlotte, NC; his brothers, twin Donald Lee of South Bend, Timothy (Arlene)  Lee, Sr. of Riverside, CA, Roy Clarence (Phyllis) Lee of Hattiesburg, MS and Clifton (Linda) Lee, Jr. of Detroit, MI. Also surviving are ten grandchildren, Lamar Adams Lee, Tanaia Vandever, Tawnee Vandever, Derron Lee, Jr., Rhyan Todd, Zyheya Lee, Marcheza Taylor, Trinity Lee, Tyanna Lee and Tommya Garner. Ronald was preceded in death by his mother Ruby; and his brothers, Robert E. Lee and Carlas Lee.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 12, 2017 in the Elizabeth Memorial Church of God in Christ, 1246 Lincoln Way West, South Bend, IN 46628. Pastor Andrew Howard will be officiating.  Friends may visit with the family one hour before funeral services. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, South Bend, IN. Palmer Funeral Home~ West Chapel is assisting the Lee family.
