Teresa N. Kolka, 28, went to the Lord on September 20, 2013. She was born June 30, 1985 to Wendy Kolka, her beloved mother, who survives along with her brothers David and Bryan; and her very dear special sister Kristin. She also leaves behind her three children, Logan, age 7, Preston, age 5, and daughter Taegan, age 3; two uncles, Todd and Eric Witbrodt; her wonderful grandmother, Mary Witbrodt; and a cousin, Emma Witbrodt. Preceding her in death were her grandfather, Lawrence Witbrodt; and uncle, Lawrence Witbrodt. Teresa also leaves her companion and love of five years, Troy Singleton, whom she adored with all her heart. They resided at 16650 Hamilton Street, Granger, until her time of death.
Teresa and Troy enjoyed their trips to Bay City to visit with her family, as well as Mopar shows, cruise-ins, and trips to the lake house. But more than anything else, their time together. She had many good friends that adored her wherever she went.
Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements. She will then be going back to her childhood home in Bay City, Michigan with her beloved mother. Her family wishes to extend special thanks to the Palmer Funeral Home in helping families in their time of need.
