Vicki L. Addison

Vicki L. Addison, 62 years old, passed away at 12:07 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Hospice House, South Bend.  Vicki was born on February 24, 1955 in South Bend and has remained a lifelong resident.  She was self-employed in greeting card sales, retiring in 2015.  She proudly served her country with the United States Air Force.   Vicki loved animals and traveling, and she was very active with Pet Refuge.  She enjoyed competing in dance competitions to country western music.

Vicki is survived by her parents, Thomas D. and Rosemary (Schubert) Addison of South Bend; sister, Tami Glenn of South Bend; niece, Carly Glenn; nephew, Chad (Jen) Morrison; great nieces, Rachel, Kat and Eva Morrison, and Lexie and Gianna Brown; and great nephew, Dylan Brown.   Vicki was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Morrison, on November 29, 2007. 

Per Vicki’s request, cremation will take place at Southlawn Cremation Services.  There will be no public services. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting the family.  The Addison family would like to acknowledge a special thank you to the nursing staff and aides at Hospice House for their wonderful care and compassion.
