William Dickson Obituary

William E. Dickson, 78 years old, passed away at 9:27 a.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Hospice House in South Bend. Bill was born on April 10, 1941 in Rochester, IN to the late William R. and Edna (Swanson) Dickson. He has lived most of his life in Lakeville. Bill retired in 2006 after driving truck for Patrick Metals. He proudly served his country with the United States Navy and was a member of the American Legion.

Bill is survived by his son, Kenneth A. (Jen) Dickson of Farmland, IN; three grandchildren; three sisters, Wilma LeClercq of Babson Park, FL, Betty (Ralph) Kelly of Bremen, and Linda (Max) King of Lapaz; and one brother, Richard (Betty) Dickson of Lakeville. Two sisters, Delores Murphy and Carol Dickson; and two brothers, Byron and Bob Dickson, preceded him in death.

Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no services or visitation. Palmer Funeral Home--Lakeville is assisting the family with cremation. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of William E.
