So heartbroken. Heather, your dad was super in every way. His big heart, understanding and patience with unruly teenaged girls (us) guaranteed his special spot in heaven. His laugh, that was handed down from memaw Patty was contagious
and will forever be heard in my mind, kept
safe next to my memories of his big smile and welcoming (often forgiving) hugs. I loved that he never panicked over any of our shenanigans and always had to work hard at not laughing at us when we amused him, usually with our antics that deserved more punishment than he'd ever be able to hand out. A simply wonderful man, cherished man and a great dad... Loved by many friends, especially me I will miss him and always remember him.
