Bill Bailey was born in Leslie County Kentucky on February 23, 1939, as 1 of 9 children born to Rosie Saylor and Jack Bailey.
Bill is survived by 2 sisters, Carolyn Felosi and Eldora Rice, both of Kentucky.
He married Mary Jo Noonan December 23, 1994, who survives.
Bill had 1 daughter as well as 1 stepson and 1 stepdaughter and 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews.
Bill is a veteran of the US Army and worked in roofing for Midland Engineering, retiring from Med States Construction as a commercial concrete finisher.
The last 50 years of his life he had a music ministry and was the founder and leader of a southern gospel group called “The Anchors”; playing at many nursing homes in the Michiana Area.
Bill entered his heavenly reward on March 25, 2026.
